The Cubs Caravan is on Thursday in Peoria. It will be full of cubs coaches and players. 3 players I hope to get autographs from are soon to be closer Carlos Marmol, former Notre Dame wide receiver and current flamethrower Jeff Samardzija, and maybe the Cubs 5th starter Sean Marshall.But there will be someone else special there this year. That someone is Sandra Iadipaolo. She might not be a die hard Cubs fan, but she is learning and knows more Cubs players than my stepdad knows Cardinals players.
It will be fun to have her there, plus it will help my chances in getting the autographs i want and maybe getting pictures taken with these players. maybe her and Marmol can converse in their native tongue. And when Marmol comes out to close down Game 6 of the World Series, Sandra can look at me and say: "I know him".
