Here are some pics from our Wisconsin weekend. The house on the rock was fun. No way Sofia would of lasted the 4 hours it took to go through it.

Below is in Mt. Horeb, they are known for these trolls that line the streets of the downtown area. Pretty weird but fun too. We ate at the Grumpy troll restaurant in town there friday night after visiting the Cave on the mounds (those pictures are at the bottom).

We had a great time. The only thing we regret is taking any pictures when we visited our friend Jackie and her family saturday night. They live 30 minutes from The caves. We had a nice home cooked meal at their house. It was awesome and a great weekend. Thanks to mom and paul for watching sofia. Another fav part of mine (Vince) was watching "The Hangover" on HBO friday night at the hotel. I have wanted to watch it for a while and finally got to see it. Sandra thought it was funny too. Ciao blogfans.

6 year Anniversary

July 17th marked 6 years of Marriage for Sandra and I. We celebrated the big day by going to 5 senses spa in Peoria (by Grand Prairie). We got a couples massage, Which is just getting a massage at the same time in the same room. Sandra got the swedish massage and I got the deep tissue massage. It was an awesome hour of peace and quiet without any kids and getting an awesome massage. Sandra wants to go get massages every month but our budget won't allow for that. Maybe every July 17th we can go and relax on our anniversary...
This coming weekend Sandra, Santiago, and I are going to Southwestern Wisconsin to visit House on the Rock (pictured above) , Little Norway, and Cave on the Mounds. This is our little weekend getaway. Sofia will stay at Grandma and Grandpa's. Obvioulsy Santi has to come with us so Sandra can feed him, but the little guy is so good and chill it will still be a nice weekend away. We can't wait, we haven't had time away from Sofia in a while.

I just realized we haven't posted ANYTHING, in a long time. I guess it just shows how busy we've been or how much we've neglected our blog fans. Sorry folks! Here are some pics of the highlights in the past few weeks!

Mother's Day! We celebrated with both of our moms by taking them to Rizzi's an Italian restaurant that is delicious!

Here is Santiago and Louie doing what they do best: TAKING NAPS! Sofia has this same pic in her photo album, it's funny how Louie hasn't changed at all!

Santiago started smiling the last few weeks and Vince was able to capture it on film finally. Omar got this onesie for Sofia and now it's Santi's. What a proud uncle!

We did a photo shoot of Santiago wearing the baptismal gown and here is what Sofia was doing during the photo shoot. She looked so cute with this scarf on her head we had to take her pic too!

This pic was taken on the weekend we went to Chicago for a friend's wedding in May. Gotta love those big brown eyes!!!

We celebrated Vince's 29th birthday on June 21st!

Hey everybody...

The Iadipaolo's are doing great. Santiago is awesome and is weighing 9 lbs 9oz as of wednesday May 12th. He is so strong and has "legs of fury" when you try to change his diaper. Sofia still wants to be in his face all the time and doesn't know how to be quiet when Santi is sleeping.
Yesterday Sofia had a playdate at the Rainbow playground building on willow knolls rd. She has been out of school a week now (preschool ended for the summer last week).The mom of a boy from her class called earlier in the week and said her son only talks about Sofia and wanted to get together for a playdate. It was fun, but a little strange. She had her first date at age 4 :)
Sandra is breastfeeding like a champ and is losing weight as a result. She is a great mom and we are very blessed to have healthy children.
As for me(Vince) I am running everyday (about a mile around our subdivision) and staying away from sweets. I have lost 11 pounds over the past 5 weeks. Life is good
